If a <strong>pupil cancels<\/strong> before the end of the course and subsequently decides to re-join, even if it is the following month, <strong>administrative costs must be paid again<\/strong>. This is likewise the case if the pupil decides to re-join later, once the course is underway. If the reason for cancellation is<strong> injury or illness, 33% of the monthly quota<\/strong> will be payable to hold the place while the pupil is unable to attend (the absence must be justified with a corresponding doctor&#8217;s certificate)<\/p>\n<p>Monthly payments will be by via <strong>direct debit<\/strong>. Any payments returned by the bank must be paid in person at the sports centre and will carry an additional <strong>\u20ac4.30 processing supplement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Absences or missed classes<\/strong> whether justified, unjustified or due to rain, may not be recuperated and there <strong>no discount on fees for classes missed for these reasons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On national and local <strong>bank holidays<\/strong> there will be <strong><u>no<\/u><\/strong> classes. There will be no classes during the weeks of Christmas or Easter and there is no discount in the amounts payable that include these periods.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communication of classes must be in writing with completion of the corresponding form, and notified before the 20th of the month before cancellation of classes.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We charge administrative costs of \u20ac20 for enrolment in the course.
